Many accidents of drowning occur each year in Syrian refugees and in poor countries, particularly in children's drowning. The cause is poor or malfunction equipment in swimming supplies. There are many ways to solve this problem, but I think the most important thing is providing sufficient swimming supplies.
To prevent children from drowning in poor countries, we can recycle the aid sack.
I suggest the idea which upcycles the discarded aid sacks into life jackets.
