Digital devices such as smartphones, tablets, TVs, PCs, and HMDs are increasing. Proper posture and stretching are essential when using these digital devices. However, even during rest time, one uses a smartphone and digital device continuously. Moreover, it makes it difficult to receive usage information and break time reminders when multiple devices. To solve this problem, connected the digital devices with the program. Following 1-hour usage of all digital devices, alarms are sent to “current device in use” and “smartwatch” to help with relaxation. It also gives a reminder for correct posture.
