Umbilical Care / Industrial design

Umbilical Care

Umbilical Care is a medical product that attaches a "biamine-sensing color-changing patch" to the umbilical cord clip to test whether the umbilical cord is infected.
The color-changing patch can react to the amine produced by the microorganisms from yellow to orange, and warns the medical staff or the mother's baby that the umbilical cord needs to be disinfected and cleaned to prevent the pervasive bacteria from infecting the newborn's umbilical cord.
