We encounter two situations almost every day:(1)Turn off the lights before bed and play with your cell phone for a while(2)Walk a certain distance to turn off the light before you go to bed. Falling asleep is a slow physiological process, such as respiratory change, etc., to analyze the sleep process of people, collect and monitor the respiratory changes to sense the sleep stage of people, and then automatically adjust the lighting brightness, and finally turn off the lights. This way, people don't have to get up to turn off the lights again , and they can also avoid the harm to their eyes when playing mobile phones in the dark.
