We sometimes feel anxiety. When people feel anxiety, they press the pen button, shake their legs or bite their nails.These behaviors are called 'fidget'. Our bodies try to ease anxiety by doing these ' fidget ' behaviors. I have pay attention an action called fidget.
The user can identify the stress pattern by using the fidget element and sensor attached to the pen while using the 'Fidget Pen'. Users can check their stress patterns in the application for days, weeks, and months while using the fidget pen. And the application gives us behavioral feedback messages.
It allows users to manage their own stress effectively.
