108 bows mat
108 bows mat

The 108 bows performed in Buddhism were derived from 108 different kinds of human suffering. It is one of the Buddhist cultures of Korea, a direct way of praying for the extinction of a myriad of troubles. The 108 bows helps diet by reducing body fat by simple movements alone, and also makes our body's autonomic nerves balanced and comfortable. Therefore, in a modern society where mental performance is important, the 108 bows can be an effective exercise. Thus, 108 bows mat has a counting function, which allows people to concentrate on their own performance. And It is designed to give people easier access to the 108 bows.
