According to world sleep society, there are 45% of people who are now suffering from insomnia in the world. Both psychological stress and physical disorders cause the constant tensity and discomfort, which also lead to the difficulty in getting asleep at night. BREATHE is an electronic household fan that specially designed to increase people’s sleeping quality. It simulates how the winds blow in the natural environment, which is able to generate the feeling of relaxation for human bodies. The frequency of the winds’ input and output are altered into the same of the users’ respiratory frequency, in order to ease off the users before sleep.
