Buddhism & Alms Bowl / Public welfare water purification facilities

Buddhism & Alms Bowl
Buddhism & Alms Bowl

We design a public facility named Buddhism & Alms bowl with the combination of Buddhism culture. It harnesses the shape of bowl to stimulate the good faith in people’s hearts. This means that the process of the benevolent person pouring water to the receiving person can form a ritual of mendicancy, in this connection, both of whom will not feel awkward. As such, it embodies an advocated Buddhism belief that everyone is equal. We can see that the process of purifying the water is liken to be a course of purifying our mind every time the user uses the facility, which enables people to remember Buddhism and regain a compassionate Buddha’s heart.
