Practicing Tai Chi is good for the elderly people’s cardiovascular system and respiratory System, and it can also help people with chronic diseases to manage heir own pain. But Practicing Tai Chi is not very easy and often require a coach to adjust action details and breathe rhythm. So we designed Tai-Chi Clock, a smart device which can motivate and support the elderly people to practice Tai Chi and provide personalized auditory and visual feedback based on dynamic body motion recognition. To encourage people to practice Tai Chi, the practice goals we set can be easily achieved everyday based on their own physical condition.
