Incorrect habitual movements are picked up when first learning to swim, which often leads to accidents. For example, incorrect breathing when using the front crawl will consume a lot of unnecessary physical strength and cause danger. If we can use auxiliary device to make breathe learning process easier and more accurate, the distance swum per breathe can be increased to reduce choking or drowning caused by physical exhaustion.
