FLOAT / Teaching material of swim

FLOAT
FLOAT

The FLOAT is designed with the elastic material, and it utilizes moderate cutting so that it can produce a capability to bundle the bottles. Different methods and functions can be produced, depending on the number of bottles and the method of tying ropes.
The cost of this design is low, and it is easily-stored. It can be used as teaching materials when children in poor countries learn to swim. At the same time, "FLOAT" can be used as a life-saving tool for drowning. Because of its low cost, it can expand the additional locations and reduce drowning mortality.
