As customers in the FA market expect to experience the ‘future of production sites’, this project focuses on rational, organized, and immersive spatial design without decorative objects to keep the feel of the factory floor. Grounded in scientific evidence and customer psychology, the UX design contributes to a memorable experience, realizing the consistent design of all brand touchpoints and avoiding congestion. These communication strategies resulted in high customer satisfaction: acquiring 2.5 times more customers than competitors, increasing stage visitors by 260% year on year, and achieving a remarkable growth in stay time.
