Learning cascade / Education affordable for all

Chancenwerk offers a sustained concept giving equal opportunities to all school students independent from their social or economic background: the learning cascade: University students support older secondary school students, who themselves help younger students from the same school. The main focus of this system is to offer highly needed educational support. At the same time, all participants develop their personal potential and social competencies allowing them to become an active part of the society. Social engagement and better school performance are combined, and bridges are built across different backgrounds.
