This fully funded technical training program targets young women from socio- economically disadvantaged backgrounds. These young women are those that have completed high school but due to financial constraints are unable to further their education. Essentially, this program aims to develop their capacity and skills in computer literacy, computer programming (for both mobile and web applications), computer hardware, graphic design and entrepreneurship. Of the 126 graduates, 75% have been placed in jobs in the technology industry while others have gone ahead to join institutions of higher learning to advance their skills in technology
