Mountain Rescuer / Autonomous flying drone for mountain rescue

Traditional ways of mountain rescue involve helicopters and groups of rescuers, which have several problems: 1. Hard to locate the victims. 2. Rugged mountains with many trees make it hard for a helicopter to find a proper platform to land on. 3. Each rescue consumes a lot of manpower and material resources.
Mountain Rescuer is a small drone and each drone can carry a wounded person. Its lightweight attribute makes landing easier in mountains than traditional helicopters and lowers the costs of rescue.
And PLB (Personal Location Beacon) wristband can improve the accuracy of locating the victims by sending out a signal on a 406MHz frequency.
