Make use of city litter and recyclable materials to build a floating venue in Tokyo Bay. The venue will be demolished after the Olympics and 80 percent of the material will be recycled and reused for the production of souvenirs and other building construction. Thus avoiding the later operational crisis. Venues completely floating on the sea, so it will not occupy the urban area.
Idea pass out the concept of green Olympics, and make it possible for Olympic venue to have a short-term profit. At the same time, this floating venue become a new way to discuss urban space.
