According to investigation, many Olympic facilities are low utilization after game. The seat of competition requires a good order of seats, also requires the flexibility after the game. Sucker is born.
Sucker's three states meet different needs.
State1: when someone sits down, the gas beneath sucker is pushed out by the weight of the person, as a result of the pressure, holds the ground firmly to ensure a good order.
State2: when no one uses it, the air pressure slowly returns to the outside, allowing it to be free to meet different situations.
State3: when you change the place ,you can release the gas inside sucker to move and receive it.
