2020 Olympic Pavilion / Architecture

2020 Olympic Pavilion
2020 Olympic Pavilion

The main idea was to make a space which symbolizes the message of harmony and exchange.
The Pavilion is where architecture, people, and sports exist together.
At the center of the pavilion, we aim to install a symbolic sculpture to give the place a distinguished feature.
We convey various messages to the visitors visually by shooting light on the inner walls through Projection Mapping.
The space open in three directions induces free flow of traffic to help the visitors view around the inside of the Pavilion freely.
The Pavilion will serve various purposes as a culture and communication’s center for the Tokyoites, even after the Olympics.
