Effective Catch is a high altitude fire disaster life-saving appliance. Effective Catch looks like an ordinary multi-rotor drones in ordinarily time. When the Effective Catch comes to a scene of the fire , it will transform and become a platform. The slow descent tube in the center of the platform can help people who were trapped escape from the high buildings of the fire.
