Twelve hours after reporting a missing person, failure probability of finding goes down to 58%, and 68% after twenty four hours. After a week, it goes down almost to 89%. To solve this problem, Missing-child SOS scans a picture of a missing person to recognize his/her face and find in a fast, accurate way.
