Drone rescue system

For certain unexpected diseases such as major bleeding caused by a car accident, shock, electric shock and drowning, medical technology is not enough. If these diseases can be resuscitated in a timely manner within 4 minutes, they can usually be rescued. This time called ambulance "prime time". However the ambulance's general arrival time is about 10 minutes, easy to miss ambulance "prime time" .
The design aims to build an urban drone rescue network that takes advantage of the rapid support capabilities of the drone over short distances to enable the victim to receive some level of medical assistance before the ambulance is reached.
