Flying lifeguard / drone

Flying lifeguard

Each year the number of drowned people stays high and the causes are sometimes very tragic. For example, there is no lifebuoy nearby when a person is found being drowned, or there is a lifebuoy nearby but no one throws the lifebuoy to the drowned person. The drone identifies the drowned person with camera and motion sensor. Each day, it patrols by fixed route bearing a lifebuoy, so it will timely find and approach the drowned person and throw the lifebuoy to him. A solar panel is installed at the top to extend the battery life. After it has thrown a lifebuoy, it will return to the charging pile to get another lifebuoy.
