Re-geometry / Concept for public spaces

Due to the incapability to make ends meet, now many countries are not willing to hold an Olympic. Our idea is to set up an after-Olympic system—— re-utilize those buildings and facilities that are no longer needed by selling them to the next country who will hold the Olympic to make profits, thus making the Olympic long lasting.
Different countries change the building based on their own environments. Those are not sold will be changed locally to modify charity needs and infrastructure. This modular structure can transform and modify roads of all sizes.
