With more than 60 million blind people around the world, going out alone is very inconvenient in a city with complicated traffic conditions. Blind people often use blind guiding devices or guide dogs as an aid when going out. Traditional blind guiding devices have many drawbacks. For example, the traditional tactile sticks can only touch the foot obstacles . The tactile sticks needs users to search for a long time. Guide dogs are often restricted by the places and can not guarantee the safety of the blind people. All brought great inconvenience to the blind people.
