In the event of the earthquake, the communication facilities in the area were seriously damaged, and people could not contact with the outside world in a timely manner, which caused great inconvenience to the rescue.
The concept was designed to use unmanned aerial vehicles (uav) technology to build a temporary emergency network quickly that could be used to promote safe and efficient rescue operations before the communication system was repaired in earthquake zone.
