In ancient China, people used to steep vegetables in cold well water for preservation. Inspired from this idea, we put Waterfall Box on the side of the kitchen sink so the running water will have a transit stop in the tank, transmitting its low temperature to vegetables through aluminum crisper, which can keep the vegetables fresh. Meanwhile, the water in the tank can also be used as emergency water when there is no water supply. Waterfall Box is a new and green solution for kitchen water storage and vegetable freshness.
