We combined a manual mixer which is inspired by a millstone with a usual automatic mixer.

We have experienced inconvenience that a mixer is easily broken or unworkable as some food get stuck in the mixer. So we needed a process cutting into much smaller pieces in advance. Also, we couldn’t exclude danger to get hurt by trying to pull it out from the mixer using a spoon or fingers.

The “SLICE MILLSTONE” is designed combining a manual mixer which can chop big size fruits or vegetables. As it grinds beforehand, it can prevent malfunctioning caused by sticking food in the mixer.
