Pickling is a traditional technique for Asian people to preserve food, and it is also a kind of cooking technique to create a special flavor. The purpose of a “smart pickling jar” is to make the traditional pickling technique become more convenient in the use of modern life. We combine a non-transparent outer jar and transparent inner jar, which can meet the needs for opaqueness during the pickling process and the display of the pickled foods on a table. With the help of the touch display panel on the outer jar, the pickling time and temperature can be set by users easily and can also be displayed clearly on the surface.
