This underwater welding drone is designed to seek cracks or tiny gaps on the walls and to prevent leaks in marine structure. This “Aqua Firefly" can navigate with GPS or be controlled by human beings. It can swim for 24 hours by an electric motor, and protect the structure with 3 legs which enables the inner 3D scanners to find cracks in the deep sea. It regularly diagnoses the safety of the structure in its legs by digitization of 3D objects. If this underwater drone finds a leak or unsafe part of structure, it swims to the place where the problem occurred, and does underwater welding work.
