The traditional monitor can't move or communicate with people, it can only monitor the fixed area. When someone calls the police, the rescue center cannot see a clear picture of the scene in real-time, there must be someone at the scene to investigate and provide assistance. This has severely reduced the efficiency of emergency response and could also delay the best time for the rescue. City Guard is a combination of UAV and monitors. This new UAV also added lights and remote loudspeakers. In case of an emergency, the rescue center can remotely control the nearest City Guard to the scene of the accident.

Overall, this entry meets the evaluation criteria. Especially in Functionality and Positioning.
