After many countries hosting the Olympics, some improvements about infrastructure construction have been abandoned and unavailable for use; Japan is an island country with many ports, but lack of land resources. My idea is use containers and steel milling which securely ties the living house on the water. During the Olympic Games, those houses can be used as participant village and for tourists living. It can also be built into a distinctive hotel for tourists to live, or it can be dismantled for recycle after Olympics, that is for achieve the goal of sustainability.
