Our first project is called TOMMI, a digital game based on virtual reality and developed to reduce anxiety and pain perception in children with cancer, involving also their caregivers in the gaming sessions. Using the sensors embedded in the VR headset, it's also possible to collect informations about children psychomotor performances, providing them to the medical staff, offering them a tool for monitoring patient wellbeing and supporting them to make better decisions during therapy. The project is developed in strict collaboration with doctors, psychologists, physiotherapists, caregivers and oncological children.
