Tapp Smart Sticker

Discipline: Professional Concept

Discipline: Professional Concept

With ageing populations, a higher prevalence of disease and illness is expected to place a huge burden on our healthcare systems in the future. To compound the problem, many patients do not adhere to their medication regimens correctly, resulting in poor outcomes and unnecessary healthcare costs. Introducing Tapp, a 'smart' system, designed to incentivize, guide and support patients. Tapp is a low-cost, easy-to-use adherence monitor which utilizes cheap, disposable electronics that are adhered to standard blister packaging in combination with smart phone technology.
