Hans Global’s latest insulation product breakthrough has brought apparel insulation and recycling to a whole new level. The performance insulation is made from post-consumer waste PET bottles and discarded oyster shells, both contributing as base material, as well as a natural functional additive. Smawarm insulation retains warmth thanks to low thermal conduction. The layering positions the hollow fiber outwards for resilient loft and soft hand feel, while the denser mid-layer maximizes insulation to retain heat. It also benefits from its multifunctional attributes, such as anti-static, anti-bacterial, quick-dry, anti-odor, mite-free and great warmth-to-weight ratio.
