At the end of 2016 a whole set of stakeholders joined their forces through design-thinking to give Thessaloniki’s oldest market “Kapani” a new identity and a new, renovated life.As an outcome,a new logo and a common brand was created.During the whole procedure, shopkeepers got united for a common goal. The logo was co-created, made them feel proud of their work and gave them a unified identity.Younger people got attracted and embraced tradition.Shopkeepers felt that united, they can conquer our hearts again.New ideas, like a unified marketing strategy and a new website, began to emerge.A new era was dawning,a more promising future is yet to come.
