Scattered sensors inside the dancefloor capture the beat of the music and the movement of people dancing, which activates the motors of the mirrors on the façade of the building. The result is a kinetic, hypnotic architecture that transforms the space into the most exciting dance club of the 2016 Olympics.

  • TARGET GROUPS Consumer / User, Trade / Industry

  • TARGET REGIONS South America, Specific country/region: Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

  • DEVELOPMENT TIME up to 12 months

Surprising and refreshing, this project expresses the joie de vivre and vitality of Brazil. The sculptural plasticity of the cube and the vibrancy of movement are exemplary for this kind of public use. The pavilion enriches its environment and radiates energy out into public areas.
