The global food crisis is a progressive concern for our future food security. Unsustainable farming methods are leaving a massive environmental foodprint and rapid nutritional transitions are fueling a growing food disconnection causing obesity and other food related diseases. Products promoting and enabling a sustainable healthier lifestyle are vital, especially in regards to overpopulation and urbanization. Bon is a project that puts fresh ingredients back in our daily food intake with accessible aeroponic indoor gardening for urban lives thus offering great opportunities to invoke environmental interest and to raise health consciousness.
