cord. is a blood-pressure device that revolutionizes existing blood-pressure technology found only in Falls clinics. By adapting this technology, blood pressure tests can now be conducted in such other areas as in a local GP’s office, in emergency wards, and in care homes, which means that patients with problematic blood pressure can be identified earlier to enable the quicker implementation of preventative treatments. In addition, the waiting list to be referred to Falls clinics will be significantly reduced as only patients with the corresponding symptoms will be referred for further testing to make for more effective patient turnarounds.

This concept is well designed, using the correct material solutions, look and feel. The designer has taken the challenge to miniaturize a big product into a compact solution.
I am overwhelmed to receive the iF DESIGN TALENT AWARD 2017. To earn such a prestigious award alongside many great designers from around the world makes me very proud of my capabilities. It's truly inspiring and I hope to receive many more. I'd like to thank iF for the award.
