Refugees gather in a place which has two characteristics, poor sanitation, and energy shortages. ERS is an energy recycling system in the refugee camp. This system contains toilets, lights, and batteries. It encourages refugees to gather in the toilet with means of energy regeneration and to provide energy to the refugees. In this way, it will greatly reduce the situation of urinating everywhere, and the refugees could get electricity. Refugees have to use the public toilet to generate more electricity if they want to get lights and electricity. It makes refugees more orderly and more harmonious coexistence with the city.
