According to the survey, one out of every ten newborn babies is premature child. Newborn babies may be subject to excessive vibrations during neonatal transport, but there is no effective way to reduce the spread of vibration from the ambulance floor to the baby. This is particularly harmful for newborn babies who are premature or sick. By suppressing resonance by pairing a pair of mutually permanent magnets and coil springs, smooth and effective vibration attenuation from the ultra-low frequency is achieved.
