The goal of this project is to formulate an allergen free perspective for food allergy sufferers, in which the complete transparency of a product’s ingredients plays an essential role. The here created tool provides those affected with a personal companion as a positive feature, based on technological developments. It enables them to examine their food and get valuable and accurate information about the ingredients while the individual allergens in the products are denatured. This process allows allergy sufferers to live without having to avoid certain products which is directly linked to an increase in quality of life.
