The brief was to design a logo that works equally well for all products and in every medium – while retaining the existing brand’s invaluable recognition potential. The redesign, undertaken with caution, ensures that identity-forming elements find their way into the new 3D-capable logo. They transport the brand values of passion, precision and confidence. In addition to the modern logo, a strong master brand was developed to represent current and potential commodity groups in a powerful manner. The brands that belong to Völkl – Dalbello, Marker and the B2B brand MDV Sports – were subtly integrated into the new look and feel.
