Whim is based on Mobility as a Service (MaaS) concept, combining different transport options such as train, bike or rental car to tailor the best individual route. The app looks after everything, from travel planning and routes to bookings, tickets and payments. The challenge in developing the design was to break down the complexity of the service functions to simplest form. The clear and flat navigation structure provides a seamless user experience, while the Whim button allows using a variety of transport modes on whim.
