Does a gourmet magazine need big adverts, detailed recipes, rules, guidelines, and constraints? The HOCH5 Magazine dispenses with all of that. The only thing it needs is stories; stories about love of food. The editors follow one rule in their kitchen: no tins or processed ingredients. The same principle applies to print: nothing is made in advance or externally; everything is hand-crafted in-house. It is a magazine that has authentic appeal for all types of foodies: from vegans to meat-lovers. And, indeed, for anyone else who enjoys eating and drinking.
