In autumn 2016, the German television channel ZDF launched its redesigned online platform. Video and text pages have been merged to form the ZDF Mediathek, which offers many new functions. ZDF has enhanced its platform marketing with an online, social media and on-air campaign. The submitted trailer is a striking and humorous spot, that highlighted the advantages of non-linear television, thanks to a comprehensive video-on-demand service.
