In Hungary wine spritzer, called "fröccs" is a very popular national drink. It is an alcoholic beverage made with wine and sparkling water. The traditional fröccs is made with soda syphon, invented by Ányos Jedlik a hungarian inventor.
There are dozens of different types of fröccs. They are distinguished by the proportion of wine and water. But making a perfect fröccs requires the knowledge of the right proportions. Also if you mix the two components the water affects the taste of the wine on long term (for example during trips). The spritzer collection offers a solution, and makes the fröccs consumption more easier and enjoyable.
