By searching for the nearest parking lot through the app on phone, users can also rent a bicycle using the QR code generated. green energy can be conserved on the app when users rent bicycles, which will be transformed as public fund to support relative projects in turn, so this device can not only promote green transportation and decrease carbon emission, but also facilitate public welfare undertakings subtly.
