The placements of idle bikes have always been a problem in town. Suppose that turning the stopped bikes into the fences of communities and the benches of parks, it would be no more dedicated parking lot for bikes. The inactive bikes become part of the basic structures in the city. People could take any frame of the fence or bench away to ride on it as a mobile vehicle. On arrival or after usage, they put the bike on the wall and form a new structure of building.
