This concept stems from a Chinese traditional lifestyle.
Chinese people love growing vegetables wherever they live, in personal gardens, in wastelands in Harvard, or even in a space station. This is an economical and sustainable lifestyle, which is worth spreading across the globe.
Eco-kitchen counter consists of a leaky counter and a vegetable platform. The leaky counter allows the waste water on it to flow into the vegetable platform through the filter screen and the slope in it. Therefore, we can make full use of waste water in kitchen, keep the counter clean and also cultivate healthy vegetables by ourselves.
