To be sustainable, city in 2030 must become low-carbon, resilient, and livable. The transportation trends is becoming electric, connected and shared. Hence “Wind wheel” is a bike design which focuses on both riding pedal power and the urban wind energy. By combining wind turbine with bike wheel frame, people can easily generate energy for riding and wind turbines in their daily lives. When they park their bike, it still can provide opportunities for not only renewable electrical generation but also pollution dispersion, and mitigation of the urban heat-island effect. The parking spaces will become lots of micro wind farms scattered in city.
